Soulwork
Soulwork is a spiritual-somatic space in which you can re-connect with, feel and integrate your Urlove: We are guided to the source of the blockages that have caused your struggle or longing in the first place. We do this by reading out of your field, which means we receive self-healing information from your magnetic field which includes everything from your physical to your astral body as well as from the collective unconscious. We either travel via self-processing - that is I create the space for you to travel in with my guidance, or by reading - that is I travel telepathically for you.
Channeling the Collective
Sarah serves as a channel for the collective, that is they download information from all dimensions they have access to at this moment of time. Often souls and beings from other dimensions and galaxies pass on personal messages for their clients to unblock their path to being fully themSelves.

Sarah is a qualified channeling medium & energy healer, sexological bodyworker, and teacher. Their approach is trauma-informed, power-conscious, empowerment-focused, eros-positive and free from any religious belief. Identifying as all – with lived experiences from trans-man to cis-woman-, Sarah is grateful to work with all bodies, genders, and identifications.
Plug in Your Power
This practice came to me in meditation as the No1 preparation for our "Connected Sexuality" journey. As with many powerful practices it is quick & simple but you have to take the time and space to do it.
